3. The Creator Design Activation Wizard opens. If you have an existing connection to the internet, press "Next" to continue.
4. Copy the ticket number from the order confirmation email to the next message window and press "Next" to continue.
5. At successful activation, press "Start Creator" to close the Activation Wizard.
6. At successful registration, metaio Creator will start. The activation of the software license file is only required once. Please also have a look at the details on the license activation.
Troubleshooting
If there are no license keys selectable, the Activation Wizard might look like this:
Make sure CodeMeter is installed. Open the CodeMeter Control Center (e.g. via search: "CodeMeter"). If this entry does not show up, you can install the CodeMeter runtime by running the Creator setup again, or you can download the latest version of the CodeMeter runtime for Mac from http://www.wibu.com/en/downloads-user-software.html.
Select the license and click "Activate License".
Once the license is successfully activated, you should get the following screen. Restart the Creator.
When the activation still fails, select the button Send Activation File on the first page of the Activation wizard. This will generate a license request file that you can send to license@metaio.com. You will receive an update file that you have to drag and drop into the license panel of CodeMeter Control Center. This will activate your license and you can start the Creator.
